An experience of Tudor splendour and atmosphere not to be missed. The gift of a birthday afternoon tea was relished and the walk around the stylish gardens was 'the icing on the cake'!
Everything was truly perfect, the team behind all of this is extraordinary. The service is unreal and the food is amazing.One thing though, most cutleries smell like fish, which ruins the taste of other non-fish dishes. Either use different cutleries or wash them separately/repeatedly. It totally ruined my desert which is sad. Hence my four star.

A fabulous setting for afternoon tea. The staff could not have been more helpful from the moment Joe greets you at the door. Very allergy aware and I was given lovely alternatives. The only reason for 4* for food was that an extra savoury option instead of the pastries would have been
