This is pretty much the perfect traditional pub. The food was amazing and plentiful. Extremely well priced. Unfortunately my photography skills are negligible and do not do justice the perfect roast. The fruit in the Eton mess gave me a Proustian rush back to childhood where strawberries tasted of strawberries! The staff were so friendly and welcoming to a newbie. Booked a table for 15 for my parents anniversary. The food was served quickly and all at the same time and it was delicious! We were given a warm, friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great evening, couldn't have asked for any more.Thank you for making our evening.

Big family meal here on 3rd of June. Food was beautiful and fresh, service brilliant.. so helpful and friendly and even cooked my two year olds dinner early to avoid a tantrum!!Highly recommended
