Surrey, 128 Eastbourne Rd, GodstoneWe went to The Bell for Sunday lunch on the 3rd August to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The food was great and the atmosphere was very nice. We arrived at a very busy time but were made very welcome by Luca who gave us the choice of eating in the bar area or wait a short while for our table. We sat at the table they had prepared in the bar & had a drink while we waited a very short time for our table. We would like to extend our thanks to Luca for making sure we had a great experience. You are a credit to your company.

Godstone Green, The Green, GodstoneStopped today off chance-really nice place. Friendly staff and great service. I had an egg salad and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients-a simple salad prepared with care. Coleslaw obviously home made ??
Btw this wasn’t on the menu but they were happy to make it for me.

The Hare & Hounds
Bletchingley Rd, GodstoneThis is a nice quaint village pub, seems to be a place where locals and visitors can stop and meet. Star rated for typical english pub. Food is freshly prepared, cooked and well presented. Nice small pub feel, its an old British pub, with a rustic look, with plenty tables and seats. Doesn't need to change. It's a family business that is doing things right.

We knew up front it was "bring your own alcohol" which made it very reasonable price wise. The only reason I only gave 4 for atmosphere... was they could do with a few more customers .. so give it a

Tilburstow Hill Rd, South Godstone, GodstoneCame for Sunday lunch however on arrival spotted the special board and opted for the steak and ale pie. It was lovely nice chunks of steak,new potatoes and veg. very filling
Had started of salt and pepper squid which was lovely and a good portion size.
Ate at about 3pm and can say 2 hours later still feel satisfied. Great value for money. Friendly staff and great pub.Just gutted didn't manage dessert.
