A lovely menu with specials that change regularly. Beer is excellent and a good choice of ales. The staff are lovely, very attentive without being overbearing. I would recommend The New Inn but, book a table to avoid disappointment.

We visited The New Inn yesterday for a post Christmas get together with our family of 15 as we hadn’t been altogether at Christmas. This is included 8 children. Having read positive reviews we requested seating in The Mousehole and were given exclusive use. The whole experience was first class. Following a walk down the Wey Navigation our family party arrived rather late for our booked table. It didn't cause an issue. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the service excellent.I can certainly recommend this pub but would suggest booking and the car park is small so arrive early.Kid-friendliness: Very good kids dishes and the staff were friendly, helpful and understanding.
