Excellent lunch.In the area for work and went here for a late lunch. Food was superb. Service was warm, helpful and friendly. Beer was a very strong selection and the local brewed one I had was very easy to drink. The bacon chop and sauce was as good as I have had. Equally, we had two of the side plates - the pigs ears notably good.For 3 of us it was c.£40 each for food and drinks which felt good value overall too. Really enjoyed the meal here. I like beer and the Goose IPA was well kept. The posters were a treat but I’d definitely have them again.Service was fairly prompt, busy Christmas party period so can’t complain.Food was delicious.I feel like I had value for money.
