Ann's Pantry
Moelfre, AngleseyWe had breakfast and the big breakfast was indeed very big. The breakfast rolls were a hearty meal in themselves and I loved that the ingredients were sources locally. The ambiance was chilled and there was a real fire burning in a log burner that added to the toastiness. Been coming here for over 30 years and its better than ever

Beachcomber Bar & Grill
Bangor Rd, Benllech, Tyn-y-GonglA lovely family run restaurant with a warm welcome.\n\nI booked after reading positive Trip Advisor reviews but passing by, it wouldn't have drawn my eye or prompted me to try it. Don't be put off by the exterior which doesn't really reflect the restaurant at all. Inside it's very modern and attractive with a simple but good menu selection.\n\nThe restaurant seems to really specialise on the grilled meat skewers and the home made pizzas. The pizza is fantastic. One of the best I have eaten - the dough is spectacular! My husband had the Welsh lamb skewer and said it was delicious also. Really well done and tasty.\n\nService was friendly, efficient and attentive.\n\nMy only criticism is that my menu was very sticky and hadn't been wiped down properly which was a bit off putting on our arrival. \n\nI would recommend a visit if you're in the area

The Bay Cafe
Beach Rd, Benllech, Tyn-y-GonglWalked in and not greeted despite staff standing round which was a shame so we sat and waited 15 mins . Eventually we got up and asked for a menu . We arrived 11.15 the awkward time between breakfast and lunch and were able to order from lunch menu as it was gone 11.30\n\nWhen the food came - it was delicious and well priced . £46.50 for 4 soft drinks , 2 toasties, coronation chicken jacket all with salad and coleslaw and a burger with coleslaw and 3 huge onion rings . \n\nAll the food was hot , great portions and very tasty . \nTwo desserts were ordered and when they came they were placed on dirty dishes from our mains which was odd as there was only one other family in eating and plates should have been taken . \n\nLocation and views are phenomenal. Cafe is beautiful inside with lots of quirky trinkets and ornaments giving it a gorgeous beach cafe feel . Just a shame service was a bit iffy .

Kinmel Arms
Kinmel Arms, MoelfreWent to bar at 10 to 6 to order drinks and food. Was told to come back for food order at 6. Then at 5 to 6 there were lots of punters ordering food. Hubby tried to order me my much awaited lasagne… to be peeped to the post by the customer in front…. So i ordered chicken leek and hm pie. Chips were amazing, pie filling was fantastic but the layers of pastry beneath and above the filling were soggy and horrid. I felt it was microwaved not oven crispy. So for me personally a disappointing night. Hubby had the white fish and was very happy with his food. \n\nI understand that in September the summer crowds are no longer coming but something as popular of lasagne on a Tuesday night shouldn’t run out at 6pm.\n\nWould i return…. Probably not there are plenty of other local eateries in nearby Benllech, Maringlas and Brynteg.

Bengal Hut
The Old Post Office, Benllech, Tyn-y-GonglI called in on a whim whilst passing. There were some unfamiliar items on the menu, so I asked about them. Due to a misunderstanding, the curry I ordered was a bit too hot for me, but with a lovely flavour and huge chunks of paneer.\nBut what really stood out were the popadoms! Light as air and so crispy!\nNext time I'm in the area, I'll visit the restaurant or, at least, have a takeaway again.

Finney’s @ The Golden Fry
The Square, Benllech, Tyn-y-GonglBest chippy in North Wales! \nI'm coeliac, but my husband isn't and this is both of our favourite chipshop on the island. The batter and fruity curry is just the best. We try to visit at least once a month and recommend to everyone we know. You can easily order online before collection and they also provide lovely frozen cheesecakes. They also own the fishshop down the road which provides home made fish cakes and fresh crab amongst other lovely things. Just the best we've tried in North Wales without doubt.

Coastal Cafe
Dick Evans Road, MoelfreA proper fish and chippy. Very busy and had to queue but worth the wait. Just couldn’t fault either the fish or the chips. My wife had scampi and she said ‘lovely’.

Talent House
Bangor Rd, Benllech, Tyn-y-GonglThe food was very nice, I had the Satay dish and it was pretty good. Service good and can park directly outside the premises. I found the price fairly standard for a Chinese takeaway.
