Stayed at the Coal Exchanged and booked into Culley's for dinner on a Monday (21st Aug) evening.My wife's dairy allergy was handled excellently. and all the staff we dealt with were friendly. After dinner we sat at the bar for cocktails which were also excellent taste.Due to staying at the hotel we also had breakfast two mornings. Same as dinner staff we friendly and helpful towards my wife's allergy's. Only issue i had was on the second day they appeared to use a different brand...read full review

This is my new go to in Cardiff. Absolutely love the roast platter and always ready to supply extra gravy if you ask. The cauliflower cheese is worth the extra as a side. Service has been great every time we've been for Sunday lunch (my family have also been for afternoon tea and loved it). And can't fault there being a 6 hour happy hour every day ?

Exemplary pre-theatre dinner. Everything cooked and served to perfection. Set within the Coal Exchange hotel that’s worth a visit even to have a drink in the bar. The building is a fine and rare example of our Welsh industrial history. Will definitely return.Vegetarian options: Veg bahji burger - yummy
