A warm fire and attentive hosts made our visit very comfortable. Our food was tasty, well cooked, and reasonably priced. We stopped by on a cold Monday night and weren't too hungry, so we just had a shared starter for 2 with a side salad and side of chilli chips. The food was fresh, tasty, well displayed and filling. Highly recommend. We did not have to wait long and they lit a real fire in the front lounge. Would visit again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The fire was lit so it was warm and cosy. The perfect setting for a winter's meal. The Duo of Beef was perfectly cooked and delicious. The Plough is one of our favourites for food.Parking: Public carpark around the back.
