Booked Christmas day for 7. Table wasn't ready but that wasn't an issue for us, we were happy to wait in the bar. However, even though everything was pre booked we didn't get starters for a further 20mins after sitting down then 2 were missing and had to be asked for. Carvery as usual is beautiful and plenty of it. Desserts were lovely. Carvery meat and veg was delicious and plentiful. Whitchurch Toby is very homely. Della, our server, was excellent. Highly recommend the place. Plus had opportunity to enter a raffle number 120.

Stunning carvery, no queue & open till late!We had a late-in-the-day booking, 19;30. No queue when waiting for food, the food was great considering the length of time in which it was sat on the hot plates. Friendly staff. My go to!Parking: Easy, big, free parking lot.
