I really liked this place.A curry place on a boat is a little bit different, and didn't matter it didn't float down a river, the experience was still worth it.The food was good, especially the boat specials.My partner had the buttered chicken, but the sauce was quite sweet, however the texture and amount was good.The service was good and as a restaurant was quiet however as a takeaway was quite busyPersonally, I loved it as somewhere different, price wise was quite competitive.I...read full review

I was taken by friends to this restaurant last Friday and my vegetarian food was one of the best Indian meals I have tasted. Highly recommend this unusual boat restaurant, lovely atmosphere and friendly attentive staff.Parking: I believe it is free parking in the evening

As a family we love Shampan, the food is very good, the service is great, and the view of the river is interesting, also it has a certain quirkiness which we love.Vegetarian options: I am a Vegan and I have always found something tasty to eat at Shampan
