Pont Y Pant, DolwyddelanSuch a beautiful building and a stunning location! Only 10 minutes drive from stunning village of Betws-y-Coed. Mike and Carrie (the owners) were so welcoming and their dog Lola, such a sweet and friendly dog. The outside looks a bit beaten, but don't let this effect you as the interior and rooms and are beautiful and extremely spacious. I can't praise the place enough and I can't wait to go back next year.
P.s. To Mike and Carrie, we hoped Lola liked her gift!

The Drovers Sigma Diner
Sarn Helen, DolwyddelanA group of 9 of us went here for dinner last Sunday (just so happened to be mother's day). We all had the roast dinner (beef or turkey) and it was incredible!! We all said it was the best roast we've ever had from a pub. The meat was brought out on your plate with a few trimmings, and then roast potatoes, veg, cauliflower cheese, mash and gravy were all brought to the table to share. There was plenty!! And to top it off, dessert was included in the price! They were just as delicious. Highly recommend. A gem off the beaten track. The service was very quick and the owner had everything under control. Worth going out of your way for!

Caernarfon Rd, DolwyddelanAll I can say is ... wow! What a delicious feast of UK comfort food...chicken, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, potatoes, veggies, and gravy. It was better than my own Christmas dinner. The pub is warm, cozy, and everything that you'd imagine a North Wales pub to be. Urien and his friends/family were friendly, funny, and fun. I was a wee bit nervous (being an outsider from Canada), but everyone made me feel welcome. What a delightfully charming Sunday evening out! Thank-you. ??❤️
