As always, good service, food. Their Paninies, are fab, expecially the, bacon,brie & cranberry & good coffee to go with it.

A somewhat outdated, simple café that serves everything for breakfast and a small lunch. The service is very friendly and the food tastes very good. A good price-performance ratio. You can only pay in cash. We'd love to come back.

Parking: The Castle car park is less than 100m away.

JT's Fish Bar

My partner and I called in here for lunch ,we were on a day out from Aberystwyth ,we had been to this fish bar last year and so knew we would get a good meal ,very friendly service too had a nice chat with the guy behind the counter .We had steak and gravy pie and chips each ,the chips were freshly cooked and were deliscious as were the pies nice and hot . We didn't have to wait long for our food .Next time we are in Llandovery we will call in to JT's again .

Owls Nest Tea Room Diner

I've visited this popular venue on more than one occasion where the service is spot on. The staff are very polite helpful and friendly. The food is outstanding and is good value for the cost. I will revisit this venue many more times snd would recommend the Owls Nest to all my family and friends.

Parking: Each visit has had enough to plenty of parking spaces

Wheelchair accessibility: The dining area and cafe is wheelchair accessible but the parking area can present itself difficult due to the gravel stones.

I have only seen the rooms which are extremely well presented.
The service is warm and friendly. The food is home cooked and very good.
The beer is well kept and good.
This is a great pub, well worth a drive out.

Just like in France, how I remember a bakery to be like . Merlin and I Walked in and I had a migraine. I bought a baguette and cookie, walked out and ate it and just like magic, my migraine ended! Very good quality baked goods

The White Hall Hotel

I recently stayed at the Whitehall Hotel in Llandovery, Wales, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and come with en-suite showers, and the breakfast is delicious.

The location is perfect, right on High Street, close to Llandovery Castle and other local attractions. They offer free parking and high-speed internet, which is always a plus. The on-site restaurant serves great food, and the bar is a nice spot to relax in the evening.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting Llandovery. Highly recommended!

Myddfai Community Hall & Visitor Centre

It's worth a visit to mingle with the people. Especially when the Farmer’s Market is taking place, which is probably the last Sunday of the month. There are pure apple juices that taste very different, excellent cakes and cupcakes, jams, chutneys, eggs, very tasty sheep's cheese, and probably also sourdough bread and beef (the latter not when we were there). All people were extremely friendly, open and interested. Not only did we enjoy shopping, we also had lively conversations at every stand and learned a lot about the country and its people. Absolute recommendation: The Cawl in the café. Delicious.

We stopped at the cafe on route to home.
Lovely food and coffee.
The take out pasties (Chicken Balti) were the best I had ever eaten.
Would have liked time to have looked around the Nurseries...next time maybe?

The Castle Hotel

If I could give 10 stars for the staff who served us our meals this afternoon, I would! Lovely ladies and young man went over and above to make us feel welcome and made a fuss of our dog which is a ‘win’ with us most definitely!
Food was very tasty and reasonably priced.
We will definitely visit again when in the area.

we called in for a bite to eat earlier today. fabulous cafe with lovely friendly staff. we both had the best plate of egg beans and chips ever, lovely fresh eggs and proper chips. Thank you so much for your welcome, we will be back!
