I have used this Chip Shop several times and last year it wasn’t very good but it has recently changed hands. The service and food is now excellent. I don’t normally eat mushy peas but they have Home made mushy peas and they were a nice colour and flavour. The cod was cooked fresh and again a good texture. The chips were really nice. The food is great and you can eat in too. It's such a nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: My daughter has autism and she wanders around. There was no problems at all. And friendly owners.Parking: You can usually park on the street outside the door. Or there is a car park down the road a bit

Fantastic little chippy, chips were spot on and lovely batter on both the fish and sausage. Friendly quick service and great value too. Even finished off with a battered mars bar to take out ?
