My wife and I visited here with her brother and sister in law and overall we had an enjoyable lunch. For starters, two of us went with the salt and pepper squid, one of them being Gluten free and both drew positive comments. The other starters were beetroot Arancini with hazelnut and tarragon mayonnaise and a roast fig and goats cheese salad, both of which again drew positive comments. Had a lovely Sunday lunch here today for a birthday get together. Food was plentiful and tasty, the room was lovely and as a party of 11we appreciated having plenty of room and not being squashed in. We will definitely be back. Thanks to kitchen and waiting staff.

Good place to go for a casual night out and as the nights get colder there are lovely fires to keep you warm. I had a very tasty duck salad and a delicious apple crumble and custard. Both very filling. Service very good.
