Bella Italia Birmingham is bound to become my second home ? The staff are so so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cosy and inviting, and customers are always cared for. The food is amazing and tasted delicious. I would like to emphasise my recommendation on the staff, that always do the best they can, even at busy times. I visited for my friends birthday last week and was welcomed with a smile and seated immediately despite the busy time of year. Our meals arrived promptly and we enjoyed our pasta dishes, bolognese and carbonara. They weren’t mind blowing but thanks to the kindness and warmth of our server Thulani as well as her drink and dessert recommendations we enjoyed the best night out we have had in months
