Waiting time wasn’t too bad, but it’s the customer service that is bad. Very poor. Customer before me Harold around and waited for around 15mins to then find out that their ice coffee was already done 10mins ago and not informing staff or customer that the drink has already been made. When it came up to my turn it was literally the same experience except the staff forgot what she made and also didn’t even realise it was done. Baring in mind it was not busy at all. I asked for the ingredients of the bread that was being served, the staff could not tell me. They claimed that the bread was not made by them. They should still have a list of ingredients available.I have to carry epi-pens due to my allergies.
