Photo booth was great fun. DJ was great! All staff were great, special mentions to Pete and Kye, who went above and beyond to attend to our large party for food and drinks. Katie was great too. My wife and I had the most incredible meal last night at Malai. We ordered the Poppadoms which were excellent, Chicken Biryani and Baltic Chicken madras hot with butter Nan and the most incredible fragrant Pilau mushroom rice .. everything was so fresh, chicken was succulent and rice was incredible. Lovely friendly service and very good value. The Best Indian /Nepalese restaurant in Sutton !!

This was quite a pleasant suprise, not because it looks out of place.
Not because it is'nt an old historic building and not because of any first impressions made from looking at it from the road side....
But because it is very unassuming and is discretely hidden from the road side.
Upon entering it gives the vibe of an old Italian, classical/homely space.
After being led to our seats, my wife and I were completely indulged by 2 very lovely, caring and very attentive staff!
Always in eye line, they made sure to be of service, at what ever point we were in the lunch date.
The choice is very extensive and satisfying, with something for everyone.....
We chose two classic starters and two beautiful inexpensive (quality based) steaks. Both were cooked (just like the starters) to perfection!
The atmosphere is both charming and calming, fromeithet a low lit corner, a more open main restaurant location or a table for 2, 4 or 10. You will have Great food, Great service, in a Great in a environment.
ALL with Great food, so go on, spoil yourself.. . .
You WON'T regret it.....

I want to begin to say that the refurb is absolutely amazing, I love to see how they have changed the restaurant after so many years.
Our server was Leon we have a conversation as he has newly become one of shift managers there, his service as always is impeccable I can tell he has had a lot of experience in customer service.
I would 1000% come back as feel welcomed every time I come in there along with my family and every time Leon has been absolutely amazing remembering our drinks as soon as we arrive.
The food was incredible, we had the new Prawn Thermidor, Chicken Caesar, Warm Vegetable Chicken Bowl and BBQ chicken.

I stayed at the Premier Inn next door during the Sutton Fun Run weekend, so ate a few times at the White Horse over the course of my stay. Only breakfast was booked, I was able to walk in for both Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch.\n\nOn Saturday afternoon after my check-in, I ordered the Falafel Burger which was accompanied by fries and onion rings, and a glass of orange juice. After the Sunday run, I returned to the White Horse (along with many other fun-runners) for a beef Sunday lunch. Both meals were scrumptious and plated up beautifully, reasonably priced too. The meat was lovely and tender.\n\nThe Premier Inn hot breakfasts are cooked to order, or alternatively there's a great selection of cold items (pastries, cereals, yoghurts, fruit) to choose from near the bar. Again everything I had was tasty and fresh, possibly the crispiest hash browns I've ever had!\n\nThe staff were efficient and attentive; each time I ate there the waiting staff checked in on patrons to ensure they were satisfied with their meals and nobody was kept waiting long for food. Ordering can be done either via the Greene King app or a trip to the bar. The tables were kept clean and tidy, none of that pub-table 'stickiness'!\n\nOutdoors, there's a decent-sized car park, and a well-kept pub garden with plenty of tables and a huge telly to watch the footie highlights on.\n\nI'm not often in Sutton Coldfield, but if I find myself in that neck of the woods again I'd be happy to return. Recommended.

My friend and I arrived and it was my first time going there , as we entered the place was ram packed ! I’ve never seen a place so full. We were greeted and asked if we booked ( we didn’t) we could see how busy it was and was expecting them to say they couldn’t seat us , however the manager came over and explained there would be a wait of 20/30 minutes if we didn’t mind waiting , we jumped at the chance and said we would order drinks while we waited . The atmosphere was electric and there was a nice vibe, we got so carried away drinking cocktails ( gorgeous!) and chatting we didn’t realise the time had gone so fast . We were seated given popadoms and sauces straight away and then we had our main meal . I had meat balti with spinach and mushrooms pilau rice which was piping hot and tasted fantastic and flavourful, and I also had another cheeky cocktail . Food and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it but BOOK first . 10/10

Wow, what a delightful experience at the Brabazon bar. My wife and I visited recently for afternoon tea. We were warmly welcomed by every member of staff we encountered. The ladies looking after the afternoon tea were so accomodating.(MIchelle and Ali) Food and drinks were brought to our table in very quick time. Tea pot exchanges took place instantly upon one becoming empty. The sandwiches, muffins and sweet treats were excellent.

All in all a marvellous experience, thank you Michelle and Ali.

I stayed at this hotel in a recently renovated standard room. It was a lovely room, very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you could need. I attended the Christmas Vegas event which was well organised and managed. The staff were incredibly attentive given the volume of guests and I was impressed by the manner of the waiting staff as this can be a demanding style of event. Breakfast this morning was delicious. Good sized portions and well packed. We had a tuc box starter containing rice chips and somosas with sheish kebabs and chunks of chicken tikka. And really nice onion bhajis. This is a great value meal for 2 for under £12. We then had butter chicken and keema rice with chicken pakora. I had a tiger prawn stater. Very tasty.Delivery was fast and safe with a very courteous friendly driver.Only downside was there was too much for us to finish. But we really enjoyed what we had and will be back soon for another meal.We will try the restaurant too hopefully once we are able to.Can highly recommend this place for a great tasty meal

I recently visited GDK in Coventry, and I must say, the experience was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Their exceptional service truly stood out, and they were more than happy to assist with any questions or special requests. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for great service and a fantastic dining experience. Will definitely be coming back!

I would travel here if I moved. I really liike the place. Staff will recognise you and made sure you look after. I suggest to preorder online cause the place is really busy in peak times. Never had bad food from there and food is nothing short of delicious. Koodos to the lady that does all preorders - has been my personal superstar!

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Full English and Eggs Benedict were both amazing. I'm usually quite picky when it comes to coffee but their Lattes are once again the best I've had, generously sized too. Atmosphere is very relaxed. You're left alone to enjoy your food. Prices are near average for the area but quality is definitely a step above. 5/5.

Only 1 critique, the mint sauce within our pickle tray tasted strange, instead of being creamy/yogurty, it tasted like it had been made with sparkling water. If it weren't for that I would have rated it 5 stars easily.

Always very very very very busy at lunch times because of the school children who are allowed out and the college kids that are about all day long. The staff do an amazing job packing in all these orders and the service time is brilliant despite the suffocatingly closrophibic crowds that form by the tills and the ketchup/straw/napkin stationKid-friendliness: Unfortunately the iPads are broken in this McDonald's, and they don't always have the latest toys from the number of school/college kids that buy happy meals. They don't usually have the colouring stuff out and are very low on crayons. The staff are lovely to kids and will occasionally give out balloons
