Village Inn

Been to the village this morning for Breakfast with Santa. Excellent breakfast, excellent morning kids loved it and will definitely be doing it again next year. Well done to Steve, Colleen and all the staff that made it a magical morning.

Gurkha 1816

Lovely food, staff very friendly and welcoming. Large restaurant empty with just us and one other table of 2 that came in about an hour later, which is a shame. Would come again for sure

Chestnut Tree

The staff were polite and really helpful they went over and above to help us with our brothers 70th birthday we had mainly carvery and the food was lovely one of the best carvery we have had amazing value

Rayhan's Cafe

Good breakfast choice, however have had better halal breakfast locally, house of chaii in dudley. Bigger portion for cheaper cost. However if nothing to compare too its ok. I would say the English breakfast could do with less beans on the plate, so the portions match , its almost like half a plate of beans. Displaying the food better would be good. Beans should be in a small bowl 9n the plate, that's how all breakfast places serve it , and with the egg placed on top , I found the yoke just blended in and you couldn't taste the egg properly. Service was excellent and everyone is friendly. Very cute place, lovely decor. Food can be improved. Maybe some Avocado option etc.

Island Lounge

was our first time with carribean restaurant and really loved it - nice service, so much tasty food and relaxing atmosphere.

special thanks to Danny - we have been there with a very old person and he took so much care to make it comfortable for her, absolutely nice and kind.

Best tasting burgers around. Fresh & juicy.
Lots of variety. A little expensive but worth the value compared to other places. Definitely going again

Babs Cafe

They do spam and egg sandwiches. I asked for double spam and egg on well done toast, and it was perfect!!

Very busy though, so order in advance.

Lamp Restaurant

Ordered tonight via the phone. Beautiful food as always and delivery time is always the best for the cooking of the food and getting it here. Missed out an item which is very usual but soon got it here with the meals still being hot! Delivery drivers very polite also along with the guys in the restaurant. Also a pleasure to order from you keep up the standards which im sure you will!! 5* all the way !

The Sandwich House

Always busy and have to wait a short while but that’s not an issue .. staff seem friendly
Chicken & bacon sandwich is top tier
Only issue I have is staff talking with other “regulars” and each other and forgetting to ask questions like butter ? Salad ? I had to ask to lady who was busy asking what time a regular finished today for my salad to be added after she had cut my sandwich she did apologise but customer focus is one thing that is not happening.

Voujon Lounge

I really enjoyed our visit here. It's a place that could easily get overlooked in a row of shops. Less so though at night when it's rather impressive entrance is brightly lit. I only only found it by chance and thought we should try it. I do read reviews before I go and saw nothing that would put me off. Note that I ignore all takeaway reviews.
It's unlicensed and you can therefore take your own alcohol.
It's a pleasant and clean place and the art work reminded me of the same named restaurant in West Bromwich.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and pointed out that they have an extremely competitive meal deal even on our Saturday night, most unusual in my experience. As such it must be the most competitively priced restaurant in the West Midlands.
We shared a sheekh kebab and onion bhaji starter, both were OK, and the dips were nice.
The wife's very flavoursome balt was excellent, I actually preferred hers to my Sylethi special. I note that this and a couple of other dishes including the zafraani come with a red gravy which I find bitter and so prefer the usual brown. The relaxed timing between the courses was just right for us.
Two pistachio kulfis finished off a very pleasant night.
I was a bit surprised that it was a bit quiet although they seemed to be very busy on the take away side.
I suspect parking could be a bit of a problem on a busy night but there may be a few spaces around that I am not aware of. We'll be back.

Parkhill Cafe

Best cafe I have found I live in sutton coldfield and travel to this cafe because the food is excellent and I work in the area . They also help the community during holidays and food is discounted will be on way today ! Keep up the good work.

Royal Curry House Wednesbury

My partner, our kids, and I recently dined in at the Royal Curry House, and we were genuinely impressed—especially for a newly opened restaurant. The hospitality was outstanding; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit.

The food arrived quickly, was served piping hot, and exceeded our expectations in both taste and quality. We really felt we got great value for money.

While the interior is on the smaller side with mainly four-person booths, the excellent service and food more than make up for it.

I’d definitely recommend giving Royal Curry House a try—solid 10/10 from us!

The food and service has always been if the highest stanard with out exception ,eat in or takeaway/delivery
Staff are first class !
I've probably had every meat dish on there menu and a few not on there menu everything is superb !
Have your meal the way you want it just say how you want it !
Only one dish I hant trued was the Tawa oooh what a dish ,I prefer chicken but have had the lamb too has it comes not.spiced up but put with a garlic or chilli rice it's absolutely superb

A great place to meet up with friends, we were quite a large group, staff took our meal orders and our names individually, as we was all paying separately which was quite a task, they were very patient with us, as our conversation was very jovial, our food starters arrived quickly followed by our mains, food was presented well and tasted lovely and we were all very full. We had a lovely chat with the staff and they made us so welcome,

Highly recommend best takeaway in West Midlands I love the food so much pizza is higher quality than Pizza Hut or anywhere I love the charcoal chicken it’s so good overall I highly recommend.

Order wasn’t for me but for my dad who said food was lovely.At first I was thinking what’s the catch, as the portions are great as is the price.After reading the reviews I was a bit half half but nothing to fear, food turned up (personally) spot on the estimated delivery time and the food was still warm, can’t really ask for much else.?

The food here is firstly fresh, made to order and a good portion.I enjoyed the food I had the fish...A large Cod and Chips I was hungry but struggled to finish, the Perfectly Cooked fish. This is now my Go to Chippy I have to drive past 3 Chip Shops but a know, I won't be disappointed once my meal is ready just the way I like it

Aladdins Pizza

Went to great barr today ordered a pizza box it was lovely £7.49 nice portion size, called up for collection staff was frequently on phone when I went there it was quite busy but it was handled really professionally they was live streaming online too ( great for business).
Despite them being so busy they did not forget their manners which I liked the most great customer environment. Thanks for the food will be back next time.

The Pizza Place

I had my first pizza etc on 08/06/023. It was perfectly cooked, fresh and hot when delivered. Pleasant staff and prompt . Fully recommend and will return again soon.

Food here is amazing, we stopped in to grab breakfast to takeaway, we were very Impressed with the food and the prices. My only criticism would be the hot drinks are sachets rather than from a coffee machine. Other than that, excellent friendly service. Would go again.

The staff is super friendly and clearly loves what they do—they even demonstrated a few of the items for us and gave great suggestions based on our event. I walked out with a bag full of laughs and a heart full of joy. Whether you’re into practical jokes or just want something silly to brighten your day, this is the shop for you.

Brilliant service, the cafe down the road wasn't open, so I went to the next option, and I was not disappointed, I was in and out in no time, and I enjoyed the sandwich, will be going to this one in the future when I am in the area

Called in for a couple of pints while on an overnight stay nearby. The staff and customers made me feel very welcome. I will certainly visit again next time I’m in the area. Thank you for your hospitality. 10/10

Regardless of the time of day, I refuse to step foot in IKEA without visiting the food hall.

Usually, I’ll have the meatballs, chips, peas, and a slice of Daim cake, all washed down with some mysterious fluid made from a fruit whose name is beyond utterance.

Choose your time wisely; people know a bargain when they see one, and the seats fill up fast.

Papa Johns Pizza

Very fast delivery from when I ordered, but it was early on a weekday evening so not sure if that's the usual standard. Quality and taste of pizza matches up to what I'm used to from Papa Johns. Delivery driver was courteous. I don't have anything negative to say.
