The Boathouse Amberley
Houghton Bridge, Amberley, ArundelSpanish style cuisine restaurant overlooking a tributary of the Arun River and the valley beyond. They offer an ever changing menu based on the seasons along with wood fired pizzas.
Outside seating on wood terrace overlooking Arun valley. Light airy interior with separate lounge bar area.
Busy at weekends so book ahead. Parking can be difficult when busy.
Interesting dishes, well presented, and tasty. Usually a couple of fish dishes too.
Been twice now and will be going again.

Amberley Black Horse
High St, Amberley, ArundelWe stayed at Black Horse overnight and ate in their restaurant. The room was compact, clean and comfortable. The food, service and atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend it to everyone to try Special mention to Anise, who was extremely helpful, cheerful and very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to be running the place all by herself at times during the breakfast period.
