“Wow! We were looking for somewhere last minute to eat out and had mixed feelings about going but we were amazed how great everything was! We are a family of 5 so had a variation of different meals and everyone couldn’t believe how good the food was! And such great value! Our only down point….. we were on a holiday and don’t live close enough to come back all the time! Highly recommend and will be back one day!”

“This is my local and has to be the friendliest Pub on the planet. We had Sunday lunch there and the food was excellent. Plenty of veggies all cooked to perfection and generous portions of meat. Entertainment was provided by guitar virtuoso Duncan McKenzie, who was brilliant as always. All in all, a very pleasant Sunday afternoon.”

“Had the mixed grill which was absolutely delicious I can still taste it. Very friendly bar staff especially Joan who made us feel very welcome. Wines fresh and kept at correct temperature and very reasonably priced compared to others. Great bunch of locals who were very friendly. Going to try their Sunday roasts which I hear are sumptuous.”
