WowWe went for the tasting menu and music night and simply stunning.The food was superb. The music was fantastic and the volume was at the right level so it was audible but not loud so you couldn't hear yourselves speak. The service was really top drawer. We had Louise hosting our table and she was attentive to detail, took the time to explain the dishes to us and focused on when glasses needing filling, bringing water to the table and was generally very helpful.Highly recommend...read full review
Having just recently moved to the village, we decided to give this place a try and have to say, it lives up to expectations! Service was initially very slow but food was to die for and we’re happy that ‘our local’ is a stone’s throw away! Delicious ?

Fabulous from start to finish. A group of friends had our annual Christmas gathering at The Half Moon and it was simply brilliant. We had a set Christmas menu which on paper looked dull but it was far from it. The food was delicious. I opted for the Turkey (which I don’t really like) and I was blown away. Stunning. The waiting staff were attentive and polite and really looked after us all night. Will definitely be back.
