Lovely village pub in Billingshurst West Sussex. We stopped off part way through our journey to Petworth and we are so pleased we did. The pub has a rustic feel with heavy duty wooden tables and chairs, the atmosphere was relaxed and we received a warm welcome. At the back is a most beautiful garden and a patio area. Excellent food - exactly what you would want with super high quality pub classics as well as some sightly different and equally brilliant options. We had the fish a chips/burger/super green risotto - all excellent. Staff were very friendly and the vibe is great.

Had a really enjoyable lunch here, whilst hosting an Aussie friend. We had a practically private section of the restaurant, where we received friendly, attentive service and excellent food. Very much recommend!
