This morning went to the Martlets, it doesn't open till 11am now so had to sit outside for 15mins till it opened. When we went in high smell of cleaning product, smelt like loo cleaner. When making our order was told coffee machine not working and they have no milk, so only cold drink, we went for coffee . Noticed our chairs were badly stained. Staff polite.
My parents, girlfriend and I went for a lunch to celebrate my Mum's birthday. The food and drink was very good value for money and tasty, especially if you take advantage of the two meals offer. I had the all day breakfast, my Dad had a steak and my Mum and girlfriend both had steak and ale pie with mash.
