Food honestly not great but I only had an omelette (too much shell!)I would go back if I fancied something on the special board maybe.It's a fine building with a nice atmosphere and kind waiter staff.
Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Food did take quite a long time to be served and it wasn't particularly busy. Ordered the chilli jacket potato. The potato skin was soft and brown, so had been kept warm for a long period of time. It also wasn't particularly hot. The cheese, on top of my potato wasn't melting. The side salad was nice, fresh and crispy but the main part of my meal was disappointing.

We visited for cream teas as a birthday celebration. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious with very generous portions. Service was excellent even though the cafe was full. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value too. Would highly recommend. Only slight downside was a few too many dogs. All well behaved but slightly off putting to have all those eyes on you whilst eating. Some being fed from their owner's tables too.
