Shame the bar doesn't stay open longer, seems the owners don't want to generate too much income. I witnessed the club serving food to a group of customers but they had to run to Sainsburys on a Friday night to get non alcoholic drinks to have with their food!
One of the hidden away gems of EG area. Huge variety of sports provision here and food and drink in bar with TV, or excellent views of the sporting facilities. Especially of the cricket field. Probably one of the most relaxing and laid back enjoyment spots in the town. Surprisingly great place. I enjoy sitting with a coffee on the upper viewing balcony to watch folks playing indoor cricket or basketball. Comfy sofas up there. Really well maintained wash rooms. L football 3g floodlights need repair as not all are working and been playing in increasingly poor light now for months. Lots of other good facilities though with hockey, netball, tennis courts etc and a bar, can't comment on facilities inside. Please fix the floodlights!
