Unfortunately we felt on this occasion the food really was not up to the usual standard - whitebait over cooked - chips not their usual crispy delicious standard - but everyone has an off day and we said it would not deter us from returning HOWEVER we found out as we were leaving that after 14 years of trading the Orchard is due to close at the end of September ? So sad as , as a family some who are no longer with us it was always are “go to” place for a good quality home...read full review

What amazing service and attention to detail!! Being coeliac and requesting gluten free food, the manager checked all ingredients on the different pickles and sauces to make sure the food was safe. Absolutely brilliant, thank you!! The meals were great and very copious.

Toby and gang had a super full english breakfast at The Orchard (outside in the actual orchard!) today. Everything was excellent as usual and Sarah greeted us like old friends, with attentive service from other staff too. The vegetarian option was superb and the staff dealt with our complicated order like the true professionals they are. Thank you! See you again soon!
