We celebrated our son's birthday with a meal at Aroma. Our meals were delicious and the portions extremely generous. The beef curry was really succulent and we'll spiced, fish and dauphinoise potatoes very tasty, rich and creamy ?. The choice of puddings and cheeses are well balanced: sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake were both delicious. I often visit for lunch but I recently returned for another lovely Friday evening bistro experience with my husband. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, the food and service are amazing. So lovely to be able to walk somewhere and not have to worry about taxi's home etc. I would definitely recommend.

Great cafe by day with wonderful quiches, salads etc, but dinner gives the chance to enjoy more interesting and varied food. Venison stew was lovely as was the aubergine & chickpea tagine. Perfect bakewell tart for pudding. Nice and well priced wine list and some local beers. Book ahead or you may be disappointed.
