Tea on the Green
Bolton Abbey, SkiptonNice tea rooms cafe near to Bolton Abbey car park. Good choice of food on menu including gluten free offerings..
Whilst there's only a couple of seats outside the front of the cafe, there's a lovely cosy courtyard garden through the cafe in the rear.
Dog friendly in and out.

Ginger Plum Coffee Shop
George St, Addingham, IlkleyGorgeous little cafe. We had soup & half a sandwich each which was delicious! Cakes to takeaway which were equally as scrumptious, I love that everything is fresh & home baked. The atmosphere was lovely & loved all the art work that was available to buy.

Route 59 Cafe
A59, SkiptonRaymond is a fantastic host, 100 out of 10 if that was possible to give. His bacon is always crisp and the buns are firm. Great atmosphere and only the charm a Scotsman can give. Great sausage too. Shame there's there's no lorne sausage but one can live with that.
Cafe is nice too. Good coffee. Will be visiting again regularly.

Hamiltons Cafe/Bistro
8 High Mill Ln, Addingham, IlkleyMy wife and I are seasoned travellers, I am almost reluctant to review this establishment as I want to keep it secret.
It is best described as a modern, clean cafe/restaurant on an upmarket static caravan and holiday lodge site, tucked away in a surprising location. But, it is open to non residents.
It has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is quiet, peaceful and with an unspoilt view over a weir on the river Wharfe and the rolling countryside. Once seated you won't be in a hurry to leave.
Food and drinks are reasonably priced and the menu is sufficiently varied to meet most needs.
This place is a surprising little gem. I will return.

Cavendish Pavilion
Bolton Abbey, SkiptonStaff are great, grub is OK, usually very hot in there especially in the summer. Grub is expensive £15 for two coffees, scone and cake. Oh yeah, if sitting outside, keep an eye on your food since the birds will help themselves!
