Came to eat for the first time in a long time as the last time I ate here I left with a pie wrapped up in my handbag it was so bad but how things have changed the pub has been brightened up a lot and there’s a friendly atmosphere and the food was absolutely brilliant and great value for money we will definitely be back there we’re 10 of us and we all agreed it was excellent
Absolutely amazing food !!!! 8 of our family members ate here yesterday , ( Boxing Day ) . We have eaten here before so we were confident of a lovely meal for our Boxing Day celebrations. We were not disappointed. We have eaten out at many many venues over the years but I would say this is up there with the best . The food here is amazing , freshly cooked, flavoursome and totally yummy ! ( Big thanks to the excellent Chef ) All the staff are extremely pleasant , polite and professional....read full review

Really enjoyed Sunday lunch with family & friends. Great choice on the menu, including all the usual favourites. I had the roast beef, finished off with the crumble. Both lovely & decent portions! Will definitely go back as we like to support local business xx
