7 The Arcade, KnottingleyLovely food, experience and service. We were served by Atif and the team and had a lovely chicken and lamb curry with naans and appetisers. We were shocked to know they even did dessert - which was needed after such a lovely meal! Big shout out to the ruchee, well worth it (I traveled over an hour and a half).

The Square, Ferrybridge, KnottingleyNot been in here for years so decided to drop in for a pint while out walking with the youngest one afternoon . The place has been decorated and modernized since I was last in . Looked nice and clean and the pint and coke were nice and refreshing. There wasn't many in but it was a Tuesday afternoon in Feb , overall not a bad place .

Premier Inn Pontefract North hotel
Ai Business Park, 84 Knottingley Rd, PontefractIdeally situated for the Town Centre. Third time staying here whenever the Continental Street Market on. Mobility Accessible room is perfect for my needs and the receptionist is friendly helpful and cant do enough for you. Will keep returning and highly recommend it. Meals are all worth it and the upgrade deal for evening meal was great. Thankyou

Silver St, Fairburn, KnottingleyAbsolutely Amazing Mother's Day Lunch, we were a party of 8 and the organisation of the starters, mains and dessert coming from the kitchen was very well executed, the pub was also busy with other customers, and we couldn't fault anything, piping hot freshly cooked food, we will definitely be bk. 8 Racca Grn, KnottingleyI can't thank these guys well enough I ordered at 11;59 system was prob off but order still went true an took the balance for the food I also rang before I placed my order to see could I order qn they yes that's no problem but my order didn't go true it ordered for tomorrow.... but the guys let me order my food an the food was piping hot an gourges chips were frsh an crispy not soggy like any other place I'd highly recommend PIZZA TIME good service with delivery even bring fresh cream for your milkshakes an serve it at your door MILKSHAKES are amazing by the way highly highly recommend this place

The Railway Hotel
88 Pontefract Rd, KnottingleyI had a bit of time to kill before my train left so I decided to pay a visit to the Railway Hotel for a drink. I received a warm welcome from the lady behind the bar. Although it was midday there were a few people in the pub. I was able to find a seat and enjoy my drink before starting my train journey. The pub is right next to Knottingley railway station and it has a car park. There is also a bus stop nearby and shops too. Great place for a quick pint.

Tung Shing Chinese Take Away
16 High St, Ferrybridge, KnottingleyWell I don't often right reviews, but I feel I have to on this occasion.
I have tried most Chinese takeaways around Knottingly, and the verdict has been not again
Until we thought we'd try Tung Shing, I had special chow main with salt and pepper chips, my partner had beef curry with egg fried rice.
We both shared a little bit of eachothers and every mouthful was Mmmmm delicious!!!!.. there is plenty leftover for lunch to tomorrow you get a pile
Will DEFINITELY be going again!!

Old Great N Rd, Brotherton, KnottingleyPlenty to choose from on the menu, just ask if you don’t like to hot they’ll make it milder for you. They seemed to have lots of staff to keep everyone happy and clear away. The prices are very reasonable too. It must be a popular take away as lots of boxes coming out of the kitchen for collection.

Taste Of China Knottingley
43 Womersley Rd, KnottingleyThis is the only Chinese we use. It’s the best there is in the Pontefract area. The food is always spot on. It seems everyone else thinks so too, which is why delivery has taken up to 2 hours on occasions. So be prepared to wait!I do find it very expensive, particularly for the delivery charge. We live close to Pontefract town centre and the place is in Knottingley, so not too far. However, 6 pound something for a delivery charge, when ordering from their website?? Far too much. We won’t be ordering as much now.

Delivery driver was very pleasant and she was very attentive to the detail of order choices. All in all a very nice experience. Will use again.

Burger King
Junction 33, M62 Motorway, Ferrybridge, KnottingleyI visited Burger King at ferry bridge this morning which was quite busy. I was surprised to see the same person come from around the back of the counter after making my whopper to serve me.
I have no problem with this however surely there was more than one person in the Burger King.
I have been thinking about this all day and just wanted to say well done to the lady and thank her for such an amazing service to me.
The food was very tasty too

Tried Bella’s for the first time and we were so impressed! The staff were absolutely lovely – they spoke to my children with such kindness and respect, which really stood out. The food was beautiful, full of flavour, and so generous with the portions. Honestly, the kebab was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted! Bella’s is now our new favourite takeaway in the area. Thank you for such a great experience – we’ll definitely be back!
