I've been an ever going Prezzo Diner ever since I came across it in The Light, Leeds City Centre nearly 10 years ago. Good had always been good but the quality and taste went down in past 4/6 months or so. It is the first time I have been to this Prezzo but I have been to a lot of others. As always the food was delicious (when the order was gotten right) the service from the person who sat me and took my order to the server who brought my meals however was completely substandard and not what I am used to. Ethan, our server, was great. He was very helpful with explaining the set menu, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for him. I’ve knocked a star off because the manager sold my friend’s cake that he’d already ordered to another table, didn’t bother to tell us so the desserts were late then blamed Ethan for it. Other than that, we had a great time.
