I've been in a few times and every time the order is either wrong, cold or missing something. Me and my partners order was ready to collect but no one called us until we asked where our order was to be told "sorry the person who did your order has gone home and forgot to give you your order". I said no worries that's ok but my food will probably be cold plus the hot drinks. He went into the bag, helped himself to a chip and said "taste fine to me". Standard McD, but the food was a bit shti tbh. My mcmuff looked like it'd been thrown together with a catapult, and the bread was kinda ripped at the edge. I know it's not a-la-cart, but put some love into your technique Dave man, that's my sarnie!

Always heaving with delivery drivers, and the restaurants are so small now that it gets crowded quickly with everyone stood around where the tills used to be. My order came up on the board as ready to collect 10 minutes before they called the number out. My burger was stone cold by the time I got it. Every mcdonalds seems to be like this now.
