15 High St, Luddenden, HalifaxNo food but the beer was excellent , locals very friendly, really made to feel welcome, when ordering ask the landlord if the beer thief is in tonight, there will laughter thru out , wish I lived local ? ?Parking: Street parking so might have to park little further away from front door , no double yellows .Also road is narrow and steep in places.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat into pub , but road is at an angle and can be steep.

The Old Bridge Inn Ripponden
Priest Ln, Ripponden, Sowerby BridgeI haven't tried the food so i cant rate it. The pub is very characteristic, with an old fashioned style takes everyone in a time trip. I loved the decor, and the fireplace. Lovely service.

The food was really good and i would give it an 8 out of 10. I had the cheese and lamb samosa and seekh keebabs along with the fish and chicken pakora, lamb chops were the best i had. Theains i had was a lamb handi, meat karai as well as chicken korai and bombay aloo all in all a really good experience and would recommend to all. I would try and go when it is not busy but with this place it is very rare that it isnt busy.Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegetarian options i tried the bombay aloo very goodParking: They do not have a parking lot so you have to fins on street parking

Temujin Restaurant and Takeaway
The Moorings, 1 Canal Basin, Sowerby BridgeGreat food and atmosphere. Glad we tried it. Price is borderline acceptable. Because it's all you can eat it's tough to really judge the price. But an average person eating a reasonable amount of food is going to be slightly on the expensive side for the area in my opinion.

20A Town Hall St, Sowerby BridgeHad the hot mezze sharer for lunch with a friend. We also had the baklava this time which was so good! Food is always delicious with good price options. We enjoy sitting in the window. Service is very friendly and helpful. Toilets are of a high standard.Parking: We parked in a free area near the canal boat hire place. Walked 5 mins to get there.

The Wharf, 31 Wharf St, Sowerby BridgeNice place plenty of room and seats to eat, took my toddler on a way to one of our playgroups for lunch but there weren't enough high chairs around but we managed. We ate the paninis which were nice but a little dry maybe or maybe the wrong bread to have used and it turned a bit tough to eat even for me.Parking: The parking is either what you can find on street or a paid parking garage.Kid-friendliness: Could do with more high chairs.
