Good afternoon - my Mum, brother and I stayed at the White Horse, on Saturday 9 December 9 2023, whilst visiting family in the area. It was a shame we only stayed the one night as we would have loved to have eaten in the restaurant. The rooms are really quite charming with good quality linens and everything one could want from a good selection of drinks to a lovely patio area. We had set lunch on a Tuesday. Pub/restaurant was very quiet but the food was great. Went with the view of 2 courses for £17.95, but the menu was so good we had 3 course £22.50. Shall definitely go again.

Excellent country pub! We visited as a group of 7 for my partners birthday. Whilst we live fairly locally, we have never been here before and we are now so glad we have discovered this fantastic pub - and we will most definitely be back! Everything about the visit was excellent - the interior was cosy and clean, the staff were very attentive and there was no waiting around for ages.
