We stayed in The Shepherds Hut at The Red Lion for one night in March. It was a wet, cold day when we called into the Red Lion for lunch, so we were very pleased to see a roaring log fire, and lovely comfy sofas to sit in.We were shown through to the dining room, and offered drinks and the menu. Went to a wedding reception at the lovely Red Lion just recently and have to say it was fantastic. Great food (prawns, chipolatas, and suckling pig all exquisite), great cocktails (particularly the in-house specials), and a great vibe. What a night! Look forward to returning soon!
