Wow! What a beautiful village pub. We were greeted by a polite, friendly waitress, who asked if we had booked and took us to our table. Service was prompt and we were not rushed into making a decision on food.
The menu is lovely. So much choice. We took it upon ourselves to look at what was being taken to other tables and that’s is when our table of 6 made our choices. Lamb shank, chicken ham and mushroom pie x2, mixed grill and ham, egg and chips. Every single meal was cooked to perfection, it was hot and attention detail was great. We will definitely be returning. Highly advised to book in advance.
