Very nice pub, very good service and one of the better burgers I have had in a long time.Good atmosphere and a nice fire for added effect. Very traditional British pub and well worth a visit.
The food is amazing, we went back for a meal to celebrate an 18th, after discovering it earlier in the year - I will never eat ribs anywhere else now!The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is a lot more comfortable than the food implies

We love this ancient pub and return every year to mark our anniversary. As we're not local our visits are annual so we are usually greeted by a new menu, faces and sometimes, new management.Our evening was a good one with a lovely interesting menu to choose from and great service.We didn't very wait long for our meals which were both delicious. We had the Salmon warm salad and Thai curryParking: Small car park at rear - always found space there
