The Cross Roads, Whipsnade, DunstableI didn’t stay there, but went in for lunch with a group of friends. The staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly. The food portions were huge. We all enjoyed it.

ZSL Base Camp Restaurant
Whipsnade, DunstableI visited Whipsnade Zoo recently and had a wonderful time. The variety of animals was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed observing them. While I missed seeing the lions, I learned that they tend to sleep for most of the day. It's definitely a family-friendly destination, and I can imagine the train ride around the zoo would have added to the experience. Overall, a great place to visit and connect with wildlife.Parking: Really huge parking space and free
