Lovely room. Could do with a bigger bed and better shower.Pub is lovely. We didn't eat there but service at the bar was goodLocation is great but we did get a lot of street noise in the room as the clubs closed which did disturb our sleep

My mum treated myself and my sister to a night away at The Pied Bull last night. To say we was all pleasantly surprised, would be an understatement. The hospitality that the staff shown us was out of this world, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The pub itself is extremely cosy and the prices are not as high as other places in Chester. A charming old Inn in the center of town, with all the features of a period property, wonky stairs, sloping floor in the top bedroom and low ceiling.Nice big English breakfast and friendly staff in all the departments.Good selection of beers in the bar.Very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Chester.The only reason for the 4 stars is the recommended parking is about 5 minutes walk, again reasonably priced in a secure car park.
