Terrible service… all the time when I’m going to have a coffee I’m waiting half an hour for my coffee to be ready… new staff they don’t have a clue what they doing,they just wonder in around like a mopeds and the coffee that they doing it’s horrible i make better coffee my self… I’ve had some free cake on a costa app for my birthday and some offers, the other week I want it to use them and the girl that she was serving me she said that she doesn’t know how...read full review

Friendly helpful efficient staff - vegan food & drinks available which is great for me! ? Clean & tidy inside the cafe & also pleasant efficient fast service on the drive thru

Visited Costa this week and overall had a good visit. I tried the new Hazel Maple hot chocolate which was delicious but it was served lukewarm and definitely could have been hotter. There was a slight delay as the batista made a latte instead of a hot chocolate but she noticed before she handed it over. We sat on a very tatty sofa and the place could do with a bit of a freshen up but otherwise a good visit. The toilet facilities were very clean.
