Surprisingly nice pub. From the outside it's not up to much but it's very nice and cosy inside. Good food and friendly staff but service was very slow, due to it being busy and short staffed. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area.Vegetarian options: Couple of good options
Christmas eve with family. The food was well above expectations and so was our waitress eve. I have noticed the food is amazing when charmaine in the kitchen. We have some big events ahead for my family this year and as a regular we all agree as it's such a suburb location with an amazing warm welcome we will be sure to be at the white lion alvenly.

Always a great meal here, Christmas Eve this year very busy after church service, but staff as always made sure we were served promptly with drinks, food ordered and out in good time and very tasty. Staff always very friendly, and welcoming and take time to have a chat making the experience more personal and inviting. 7 of us dined and all gave 5* for food, quality, environment & service. Well worth a visit.
