Queen Of Hearts Runcorn

Even with 8 of us, you still managed to squeeze us in on a busy friday night. Big shout out to Lee and Adrian for the impeccable service throughout the night. An even bigger shout out to Chris, Sam and Jess for a top notch scran. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you team Queen. 10/10 ?

Mr Pizza

Go to pizza place, customer service is next level. Friendly staff, always give you enough notice to collect your food so still hot when you get there. Delivery always turns up before time specified, again always arrives hot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Evenwood Farm

Last minute deci to go for a roast on Bank Holiday Monday. Was lovely and quiet when we went in. Roast meats Turkey and Beef both beautiful. plenty of veg available all fresh and hot. the parsnips were beautiful. The whole meal was lovely. And our server Jade was brilliant too. Checked everything was ok and was really friendly. Really enjoyable meal and service all round. Thank you

Ten Lock Flight

My experience was mostly good. The service met my expectations and the staff were helpful, but there were a few small delays and some information could have been clearer. Overall, it was still a positive experience, and with a few improvements it could be even better.

Costa Coffee

Quite a quiet Costa and staff are brilliant with orders. Shame as with any Costa that it can be rather pricey.Dietary restrictions: Not any options bar a fruit salad and a pre packaged brownie/flapjack for those with a gluten intolerance. Wouldn't recommend if Coeliac

I had a great experience dining at Burger King in Runcorn thanks to Abbey Miles. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right with my order. Abbey’s positive attitude and helpful nature really stood out it’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. She made my visit so much more enjoyable, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. Excellent customer service like hers definitely deserves recognition!

Trident Fish Bar

Went this evening for the first time with my son. Really nice food with good service. We got the Salt n pepper donner box and a fish dinner, fish was HUGE batter was perfect very light. We sat in and it was very clean. Will 100% go back.

Lovely chippy which I travel in a taxi too as only shop I will eat from ? Chinese meals are lovely, especially my favourite sweet and sour pork ? staff are very helpful and will go out their way too cater for you

Sorriso Pizza Runcorn

Me and my wife have been ordering from sorrisos for the past couple of months and wow the food is bloody good!! I don't often leave reviews but I think this ones worth it ? my wife's just started eating meat again after being a vegi, and this place has helped her convert!! I used to order from sammys but this place blows it out the water!!! NO lie... The mixed calzone is beautiful, such a great flavour! Try it you won't be disappointed ??

Costa Coffee

Nice coffee and the food is fresh little bit on the expensive side but worth it

Parking: Excellent location free parking wheelchair accessible not so good for mobility scooters worth a visit

Starbucks Coffee

Hi I came to starbucks this morning, after I'd ordered I asked could I buy a bag as my son was feeling a little car sick in the car. I think the lady who served me maybe a manager. She was so nice she game me some supplies incase he's sick even gave me some ice for him. I really appreciated it and totally needed it as he was actually sick.
It was so nice for the lady to be so generous and to help me. Me and my mum go to starbucks (runcorn) at least twice a week and this made me smile all morning so thankyou very much.

FJ's Restaurant

Amazing place!! The older lady with grey/blonde hair has amazing customer service and always smiley welcoming face! Tip her every time I come to this restaurant she really is a credit to the team! A pay rise is needed for this lady !

Pizza Chicago

A good strong 4 stars here, been eating here for a while now and yes most kebab shops are very similar but here its buy one pizza 12"+ and get a 9" one free, plus if its over £10 you get a free garlic bread! Its a feast for £10 and quality is super. :)

The service I got tonight was amazing very courteous gave them permission to make something of their choice and after a few questions they got it spot on. Very tasty great quality great price absolutely amazing taste & a smile with the service throughout great service quality & price I recommend

People say Runcorn hasnt got much to offer and needs a revamp. True i suppose, but in the Old Town amongst all the kebab shops etc is our very own hidden gem .. Melenio Italian Restaurant!
Ive been lucky enough over the years to have eaten in some of the finest restaurants in Italy, Paris, Berlin, Monaco, and
Saint-Tropez, and ill tell ya what, Melenio is up there with the best of them. There Risotto Verde is simply delicious .. so anybody who hasnt been before, if ya love food as much as i do id highly recommend it. Also the Owners are lovely and welcoming ❤️

Outstanding, I've lived in the area for just over a year and still hadn't found a full English to wrote home about, but now I have.

Good food, well run small business, good service, nice atmosphere. Highly recommended

Win Noodle Chinese Takeaway

Fast delivery. I live in frodsham and when it arrived it was still piping hot. Food was lovely. I ordered then looked at the reviews (backwards I know) so I was panicked as there are some bad of late but the food was delicious! I had chips, rice, curry and beef chow mein. Portions were massive so i will have leftovers tomorrow. Delivery lady was lovely too. Thanks so much :)

Came here on the off chance as I travel with work played it safe with egg friend rice, chips and curry sauce. Asked for extra soy sauce on my egg fried rice and they gave me extra alright ?

Couldn’t eat all the rice as was spoilt with the soy, but other than that good chips, nice rice and the curry is tasty! Just maybe a dash of soy extra would of been ok

K.Lee Supper Bar

One of the nicest chippies in Runcorn, selling both Chinese and English food. Nice food, reasonably priced and nice service from the friendly staff. Would recommend K Lee's.

Chefway

I ordered from Chefway and had both their pizza and burger and everything was spot on. The pizza was fresh, with a perfect crispy stone baked base and fresh generous amount of toppings. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly and the food was piping hot when delivered. Portion sizes were great and it came on time. Definitely one of the better takeaway spots I’ve tried in a while - I’ll be ordering again.

Fast and friendly service...Nowhere was open local so thought I'd give this place a try not been here in years.Chips tasted like trippled cooked ones super fresh and crispy, jumbo sausage was of a decent quality and the gravy thick full of flavour, me and the kids ate the lot. overall a decent little chippy that seemed to be very busy with deliveries, plenty of staff, very clean and tidy, I'll deffo return to try the donner meat, thankyou staff ???

Been away from the area for two year back now and as run out of time after a busy day decided to grab a kebab. \nReturn to the place we used to years ago - and surprise the food was great, service good and would go back again

Great place now it’s been refurbished. Staff fab. My only comment would be the Home Made Chips. I expected firm crisp chips. What I got were Luke warm soggy limp chips. Hopefully just a one off. If not, this needs looking at.

The Lockdown Pub & Kitchen

I ordered two pizzas from here.
Both were very tasty.
The only thing I would say is the base needs to be cooked a bit more.
We ordered the pepperoni & spicy hot one.. wait was about an hour, for pick up.

Very friendly atmosphere always made to feel so welcome. Food is just amazing. Definitely recommend landlord and land lady are beautiful people Nothing is ever too much for them. Definitely a place to be.

The Prospect Inn

I recently visited The Prospect Inn, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. The food was amazing — everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My meal was perfectly cooked and exceeded expectations. What really made the visit special, though, was my daughter’s reaction to her waffle. It was golden, fluffy, and topped just right, and she absolutely loved it. Seeing her so happy made the meal even more enjoyable. The Prospect Inn is a place we’ll definitely return to soon!

Millennium Balti

I can recommend Millennium Balti in Runcorn if you like an Indian Takeaway.

Had out of it for the second time tonight and still impressed.

The Granny Style Madras.... Proper spicy - not for the faint hearted.

And pretty budget Friendly.
3 curries, 2 rice, 2 naan, 5 poppadoms came to £37.50....

(A takeaway curry from Hungamaa in Stockton Heath is £12.95....)

Boss pub, barmaid had the biggest melons ive seen and kept me smiling, best part was paying 60p for 2 pints! Absolutely awesome pub! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Society LTD

Has good vibes, dog friendly and nice food. Also seems very lgbt friendly. Would recommend.Only comment full sugar cola cola would be nice and maybe some more classic cocktails thanks

The Heath Café

A really lively community hub open until 2.30pm. The food is excellent whether its breakfast, lunch or a special ocassion. Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

First time here.
Clean welcoming environment, friendly attentive staff, competitive prices and quality food served within a reasonable time frame. Excellent menu and refreshments. Deffo need to revisit ??

The Royal Oak

This is a little friendly local pub. No food has been served here since 2019. And non looks likely in near future. He does however have free sandwiches quite regularly.

We had a party with around 70 there, went really well. Cannot praise the staff enough, a really good night out, would recommend Red Admiral for party's and as a public house

Very lovely pub & restaurant, very lovely meals & different alcoholic beverages. Very friendly & helpful staff, would definitely visit again when over in Jersey. Definitely recommend.

Food is really nice love it here but for some reason they never seem to be Abel to answer the phone and have seen first hand when the phone rings 90% of the time they ignore it even when not busy but food is grate

Windmill Hill Supper Bar

our local chippy. Prefer K Lees for a big order but this is decent with nice friendly staff. Good chips and curry which seems to have disappeared from a lot of chippys nowadays.

Castlefields Fish Bar

I recommend the A salt & pepper munch £18 you will get more than you bargain for, it's not small, chop suey roll is a meal in it's self, sausage dinner ok, but the freebies were not expected, it looks like our Friday nights are sorted.
