Morwenstow, BudeThis lovely place is an absolute must to visit. We were made to feel so welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. We had an amazing afternoon tea there which we had booked 24 hours prior to going. Everything was absolutely delicious and freshly made. I would highly recommend. Also the location is beautiful near the church. It was a really great experience and we’re so happy we went.

Tamar Lake Café
Upper Tamar Lk, HolsworthyCoffee was nice. Staff polite and friendly. Surprised its only open 10- 4 in peak season. Park was closed when we visited which was disappointing for the children.

Sandymouth Cafe
Stibb, BudeWhat an incredible find to cap off our trip to Bude! On our last day (April 22, 2025), we had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Sandymouth Beach Cafe. We were so impressed with their extensive and delicious offerings.
We indulged in a fantastic vegan breakfast, perfectly fluffy pancakes, and mouth-watering French toast. The coffee was excellent and the juices were a refreshing addition. It's truly brilliant to have such high-quality, diverse, and vegan-friendly options right there at the beach.
We also appreciated that the toilet facilities were open (noted they are from April to September!), which is so convenient for a beachside spot. The cafe itself has a lovely atmosphere, and being so close to the beautiful Sandymouth Beach makes it an unbeatable location.
If you're in Bude, the Sandymouth Beach Cafe is an absolute must-visit – especially for their amazing food and thoughtful service! We'll be dreaming of that breakfast until our next visit to Cornwall.
