Jaipur Indian Cuisine
35 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthI am from Jaipur Rajasthan India and I was craving for an authentic Indian food but didn't find real Indian food in Cornwall. I came to know from my British friend that a good Indian restaurant is in Paranpoth so I visited and completely amazed by the tastes of the food. I will give it 6 star out of 5 if I could.

Perranporth Kebab
6 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthVisited this week with my family. My husband has always loved Perranporth and we have always visited the watering hole when going to the beach. This time we took 4 dogs and the place bring dog friendly is such a bonus! We ordered lunch and the food was amazing! Great gluten free options. The garlic prawns were superb and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were friendly and polite, no sign of any rude staff like mentioned in the reviews. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars was the toilets. I appreciate it’s on a beach so it’s difficult to keen clean but it was out of season and wasn’t busy, the toilets need attention and regular cleaning. We will defo return due to food!

39 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthThis shop has been a satnav feature for years. My law is - if we cross into Cornwall, no matter where we're going, we have to visit Ice & Bites in Perranporth. Really friendly staff, amazing pasties (try the 'proper job') and mind-blowing ice-cream. They serve an 'ansum' job - 3-scoop cone filled with vanilla whippy ice-cream, two massive scoops of vanilla ice-cream topped with a scoop of clotted cream. This ought to become a Cornish trade mark! Love it.

3 Boscawen Rd, PerranporthWell where do I start with The Deck. This place is absolutely awesome. We came down for the week and our first night in there we where made to feel welcome. The drinks are really well priced. The staff are amazing. Shout out to Dangerous Dave and Leethal. Had such a fun night at karaoke last night. Thank you very much to all the regulars as you all made me and my partner feel like part of the family. Got some great vids ill try to get to you before we leave.Dangerous Chris???

37 St George's Hill, PerranporthWe had a couple of cheese burgers with shakes and a chicken burger with some spicy hot wings. The burgers were very good, nice soft baps and juicy burgers. The chicken burger was perfect mix of crunchy and moist. Milk shakes where very nice! I personally like mine a little thicker but the flavour was there. The spicy wings were very spicy, the wiener/chef did warn me. A nice juicy wing that was cooked perfectly, the marinade was like a very spicy jam, it was sweet and then the heat came through. I only managed to eat 3. Very tasty but not for non spice lovers. Overall very happy, if they shakes were thicker I’d have given it a 5. Friendly staff, food was ready in around 10-15 minutes.

I've been to Thailand and the food is incredible, as is this place.Warm and friendly staff that you can tell, care about they are doing! Not greasy rice, tasty ingredients. Definitely give it a go.

8 Beach Rd, PerranporthThe beautiful Cornish resort of Perranporth is not short of fish and chips shops but my wife and I chose Haddock's End, near the beach, for our lunchtime treat whilst on a day out in early March.We were not disappointed. My wife had haddock and chips whilst I had the plaice and chips.In both cases the fish and the chips were cooked to perfection with lovely batter. The fish was lovely and the portions were very generous. A modern, clean chippy with great customer service too.I'm sorry to all the competition but we will not be trying anywhere else on our future trips to Perranporth. Fantastic!! Thank you.

Having visited with my parents 18 months prior, we remembered how much we loved it and made a return this trip and so glad we did. We had two cream teas and a cake and cookie for our children, which were all absolutely delicious. Easily the best cream tea we've had in Cornwall, with beautiful crockery and a lovely warm atmosphere. The owners are incredibly lovely, accommodating and so amazing with children, especially our boys who were causing chaos! The kindest people who make you feel so welcome. Incredible service, great food, gluten free options and very reasonably priced.Kid-friendliness: The owners were so lovely and kind to our children and made us feel so welcome.

4 Beach Rd, PerranporthWe visited on Easter Sunday for pre-booked Sunday lunch. Unfortunately the beef brisket which my husband wanted had sold out but that’s the risk in booking a late lunch. Three of us had the pork belly and it was absolutely delicious. The food was piping hot, very tasty and the portion good. Shout out to the cauliflower cheese! We picked up some Easter goodies to bring back with us, which although a little pricy were delicious. This is an absolute gem of a place! Highly recommended you visit when in the area.

The Kitchen by The Beach
The Park, Mawgan Porth, Mawgan PorthVery disappointed on last visit we visit the Kitchen on 4 occasion in the last 7 days, 1 take away and 3 times eating in for evening meal, first 3 occasion food, drink and service were excellent. My wife had the pear and walnut salad 3 times I had it twice from her recommendations. The 3rd time we chose the pear salad it was prepared by the 3rd different chef in the 7 day's. The first two chefs cannot be faulted the food was excellent as per menu, plenty of lettuce, walnuts, pear and small cubes of blue cheese, cranberries and a honey dressing. 3rd chef on last visit was disappointing lot of lettuce, not much blue cheese looked like a few cubes quartered as was the walnuts and pear strips the crouton were omitted and the dressing was like a garlic mayo. My son chose the halloumi burger had it before it was excellent chose it again on last visit completely different very oily and included sliced tomato not on the menu description thou. My son does not like tomatoes they don't always agree with him so if they are on the menu they are omitted. The service was very good on all visit.
