We came to visit cleator moor in April for a birthday, we looked for places to eat and we came across this and drove straight past it as we didn't think it looked very inviting from the outside... We have come back a few months later for a return visit and after doing our research decided to try it. We are so glad we did the food is absolutely beautiful, what a gorgeous hidden gem, we liked the food so much ( the sirloin is amazing) we have come back the next day to eat again...read full review

I visited The Globe with a friend recently and the food and service were exceptional. Everything was freshly prepared and proper chips…what more could you ask for and all brought to the table by a lovely young lady who couldn’t do enough for us. Keep up the good work Team Globe ❤️

Easy to see why this place is so highly rated. Called in for the steak night and we had the 12oz sirloin. The chef clearly knows what they're doing, fantastic food and the peppercorn, and mushroom and garlic sauces are out of this world. Homemade desserts are brilliant too. Staff are friendly and attentive. A real gem.
