New manager at the store & it shows; in a good way. Staff a lot happier recently, and cafe is a lot cleaner. Went in today, and spoke to the new manager, a younger guy who had been with the company for several years. Made me a beautiful latte. Saw him scrubbing down the walls as i was leaving,. something which obviously hadn’t been done in a long while. Super cosy and cute coffee date with my partner. I don’t usually enjoy coffee dates as I don’t enjoy coffee but I tried the amaretto hot chocolate and it was too DIE FOR. We’ve been to cafe Nero every Sunday three weeks in a row since trying this hot Colgate. Id recommend to anyone?

Yesterday my 1st time going in I was met by Amy who.was working by herself as the other staff member hadn't shown up.Amy was amazing even though you could tell she was stressed as it was way to busy even for 2 people let alone just 1 .Amy was a star so kind helpful and service with a smile Well done but please get her more staff before you loose her
