Spent a week in Instow on holiday and came here on numerous occasions. They were very accommodating for a large group (10 of us and 2 dogs). We all had a delicious Sunday roast and have to say it was top notch. Once of the nicest roast beefs I`ve ever had. Really nice veg, decent gravy and the horseradish sauce had some real kick. Very friendly and attentive staff, lovely location and the was amazing, The sea food platter was stunning, massive portions and so tasty. Congratulations to the staff for truly welcoming atmosphere.

Visited for dinner and ate from the specials board. The fish was all absolutely delicious. We had scallops to start which we shared, then the hake and the smoked haddock. Superb food.Walkability: Right on the Tarka trail!
