Restaurants in Bovey Tracey
The Bell Inn
Town Hall Pl, Bovey Tracey, Newton AbbotVisited Bovey Tracey last week and The Bell provided a great welcome each time we visited. A good choice of drinks and a friendly atmosphere. We were encouraged to bring in fish and chips as they weren’t serving food and it somehow added to the experience. It’s also a great place for board game and sports fans as there’s a large screen showing a variety of sport.

Brookside Café & Restaurant
9 Station Rd, Bovey Tracey, Newton AbbotGreat place to eat . Our breakfasts were delicious, waitresses were lovely. We had a big pot of tea . There was parking to the rear. In good weather you can sit outside.
I would book rather than turn up , it got very busy.

Home Farm Café
Parke, Bovey Tracey, Newton AbbotHiked for three hours to get here so we were certainly hoping the food would be good, and it more than lived up to our expectations. Everything was delicious and there were so many gluten free options- I was especially delighted to see the sandwiches could mostly be made gluten free, which is a simple way to massively expand a cafe menu that is nevertheless surprisingly rare! The staff were all so warm and friendly and the space itself was beautiful, with local art and a very cosy atmosphere. I wish *I* was a local so I could go back and try the whole menu! Highly recommend.
