Coffee definitely not #1, dislike their coffee, find it average to bland. Food is good but expensive for what you get. Been a couple of years since I last visited due to issues with an obnoxious delivery driver how things they are entitled to block the whole road to deliver coffee here and a manger who was rude and unhelpful. There r many times we want to sit upstairs...but alas we r often told it is closed/ floor still wet (at 10.15!) And quite full downstairs...upstairs is so much quieter and relaxing

The staff were completely run off their feet as the manager walked out and left them too. They were all furious and this was shared with the customers. The manager just didn't care and left. What a fool
