We went there for a breakfast and it wasn't a traditional breakfast and had a few tweeks on what you would normally expect, I didn't think the oyster mushroom worked that well as was quite chewy and would've been better if cut smaller, the sourdough, tots and sourdough were nice but wasn't a fan of the streaky bacon that much. All round a nice place to go but, the menu could do with a few more classics to take it to the next level.we both went for the French toast with cashew butter and compote. The French toast itself was done very well, but the bitterness of the compote was not particularly well set-off by the cashew butter. Visited for brunch . At the point of ordering was told they were short of staff so the food might be a little delayed . No problem for us as we were not in a rush . The coffee was brought to us quickly and to be fair the food did follow in good time . I'm not sure why the mushrooms are even mentioned as part of the menu as both of our breakfast had literally two stalks on , not even worth calling mushrooms.
